Tzaiki is a traditional Middle Eastern dish that pairs well with anything you can imagine. With naturally healthy ingredients tzaziki is quick and easy to make, even if you aren’t a cook.


  • 500ml Double Cream Greek Yoghurt

  • 1 Large Cucumber - finely sliced on a mandolin, or grated

  • 1 TBSP Sea Salt

  • 2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 2 TBSP Lemond Juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1 Clove Garlic, crushed

  • 1 TBSP Mint Leaves, chopped

  • Black Pepper


  1. Slice or grate the cucumber and mix well with the salt.

  2. Place in a colander with a large bowl underneath to catch the water and place a stack of side-plates directly on top of the cucumber to help squeeze out the water.

  3. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours.

  4. Discard the water and combine the cucumber, yoghurt, olive oil lemon juice, garlic, black pepper and mint in a large bowl.

  5. Mix gently to combine all of the ingredients.
