Whey Frappe

Finding fun ways to keep your shakes interesting can be a challenge. This recipe mimics a frappe perfectly.


INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup almond milk unsweetened - or water if you prefer.

  2. 1 scoop whey protein powder - vanilla or chocolate flavor.

  3. Double espresso

  4. ½ cup ice cubes

  5. Pinch of sea salt




METHOD

Place everything into your blender and process until the ice is completely pulverized.

Consume immediately.
