Commercially available iced tea is not different in sugar content and chemicals than any other soft drink. When you make iced-tea at home you can have control over the ingredients and satisfy your need for something healthier without compromising your health.
2 Herbal tea bags - any flavour (not sweetened tea granules)
300ml apple juice
1 litre freshly boiled water
Place the two tea bags in a litre jug of freshly boiled water and leave to steep for an hour.
