Ingredients
One bunch of celery, washed - preferably organic
If your celery is not organic, rinse well in vinegar water.
Method
Chop the celery stalks and leaves and place them in your blender.
Add 1/4 cup of and blend until smooth.
Pass the juice through a sieve or muslin bag to remove the fibre.
If you have a juicer, feed the celery stalks and leaves through the juice - no need to add water or to strain.
Will keep sealed, in the fridge for 24 hours.
