1 Cup broccoli florets, lightly steamed

2 Large carrots, finely sliced

1 Red apple, chopped

1/2 Cup sultanas

1/2 Red onion, chopped

1/2 Cup roasted cashews

1 Cup baby spinach leaves - chopped


Combine everything in a large bowl and add a dressing and a protein of your choice.
