2 Cups whole rolled oats
1 Large Granny Smith apple, diced
2 Scoops whey protein powder
2 TBSP raisins or sultanas
2 Whole eggs
2 Egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees celsius
Prepare a muffin pan with greased muffin liners (paper or silicone)
Place the diced apple on a bowl and microwave with 2 TBSP water for a minute to soften.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, then place in muffin pan and bake for 25 minutes.
