INGREDIENTS
1 Cup plain, unsweetened full fat Greek yoghurt
1/4 Cup low sugar fruit such as raspberries, strawberries or blueberries
METHOD
Whisk the yoghurt and whey powder until smooth.
Place in a serving bowl and garnish with berries.
