Yoghurt Chocolate Mousse

Craving sweet things at night can be frustrating but also a sign that you haven't eaten enough "real food" during the day, or not getting enough sleep. This recipe is a tried and tested craving buster which hits the spot every time.


1 Cup plain, unsweetened full fat Greek yoghurt

1/4 Cup low sugar fruit such as raspberries, strawberries or blueberries


Whisk the yoghurt and whey powder until smooth.

Place in a serving bowl and garnish with berries.
