Craving sweet things at night can be frustrating but also a sign that you haven't eaten enough "real food" during the day. This recipe is a tried and tested craving buster.
1 Cup plain, unsweetened yoghurt
1 Scoop whey powder, any flavour
1/2 Cup fresh berries (raspberries / blueberries etc)
Whisk the yoghurt and whey powder until smooth.
Place in a serving bowl and garnish with berries.
