Whey Smoothies - Top 5

One for every day of the week


Chocolate Almond Butter

1 Scoop 100% whey protein, chocolate flavour

200ml almond milk or water

3 ice cubes

1 TBSP natural almond butter

Blend all of the above in an electric blender or NutriBullet.


Apple and Mint

1 Scoop 100% whey protein, vanilla flavour

200ml almond milk or water

3 ice cubes 1 Small green apple, cored and chopped

3 fresh mint leaves

Blend all of the above in an electric blender or NutriBullet.


Choco-Latte

1 Scoop 100% whey protein, chocolate flavour

200ml almond milk or water

1 TBSP natural macadamia butter 3 ice cubes

1 Shot Espresso

Blend all of the above in an electric blender or NutriBullet.


Berry Freeze

1 Scoop 100% whey protein, strawberry flavour

200ml almond milk or water

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

Blend all of the above in an electric blender or NutriBullet.


Tropical Freeze

1 Scoop 100% whey protein, vanilla flavour

200ml almond milk or water

3 ice cubes 1 slice pineapple

1 slice papaya

1 TBSP coconut oil

Blend all of the above in an electric blender or NutriBullet.
