Sometimes you just want something sweet and satisfying after dinner, without compromising your healthy lifestyle. These are also quick and delicious for breakfast if you make them the night before and keep in the fridge.
2 Large Granny Smith apple or Pear 1/4 tsp cinnamon 2 tsps Xylitol 1 tsp raisins 2 TBSP Organic Greek yoghurt 2 TBSP ground or slivered raw almonds
Pre-heat your oven to 180'c. Wash and core the apple or pear and place in a deep, oven proof dish that has a lid. Fill the centre of the fruit with a teaspoon of raisins and top with a teaspoon of xylitol. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 30 to 45 minutes depending on personal preference. Wait for the fruit to cool before topping with yoghurt and almonds. Fruit can be baked in advance
