Protein Packed Berry Ice Cream

Berries have some of the highest antioxidant levels of any fresh fruits. The deep pigments in berries are phytonutrients and powerful antioxidants. Blue, purple, and red colors have been associated with a lower risk of certain cancers, urinary tract health, mental function, and healthy ageing.


300g Fresh or frozen strawberries, raspberries, cherries and blueberries or even cherries.

500ml Plain, fat free yoghurt

1 cup coconut cream

2 scoops 100% whey protein powder - vanilla


Process all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Or if you prefer whole fruit, stir in the berries after you have processed the other ingredients. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid. Or pour into an ice-cream maker and process until you reach the correct consistency.
