These are guaranteed to curb any sugar craving. Full of healthy fats and proteins, they are extremely setter, filling and ideal as a pre or post exercise snack.
Ingredients
1 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup whey protein powder - chocolate flavor
1 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup Almond Butter
1/4 Cup Cacao Nibs
2 TBSP Coconut Oil - melted
2 TBSP Xylitol
1/2 TSP Sea Salt
Desiccated coconut (optional)
Method
Combine all dry ingredients and mix until everything is thoroughly mixed. Then add the almond butter and coconut oil. It should form a thick dough when well blended. Scoop a tablespoon amount and roll into balls and roll in desiccated coconut. Store in an airtight container, in the fridge if the weather is hot.
