Matcha Tea

Matcha tea contains a class of antioxidants known as catechins. The catechin EGCg provides significant health balancing benefits.

Catechins counteract the effects of exogenous toxicity which can lead to inflammation and cell damage. The body is very good at maintaining a state of health when it is not overloaded with stress and toxicity.

Matcha is ground green tea leaves - you are consuming the entire leaf and not just the water. Matcha has the perfect balance of caffeine and L-Theanine to counteract stress and anxiety by supporting natural GABA production. Matcha Powder is available from most health food stores and pharmacies.

1 Teaspoon Matcha Powder

1/2 cup hot water (not boiling)

1/2 Cup unsweetened almond or cashew or coconut milk

Stevia if you are need sweetness

Add the matcha to the hot water and stir until it forms a paste.

Then add the milk and continue to stir until smooth.

It is easier to add all of this in a NutriBullet - blend for 4-6 seconds.
