Linda's Bircher Muesli

Bircher muesli is a filling and satisfying start to your day, it’s also super convenient as you make it up to 4 days in advance and store portioned in your fridge. The quality of your ingredients as always is key. Try to get the best quality you can afford.


  • 2 large Granny Smith Apples, grated.

  • 1 Cup raw whole rolled oats.

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds.

  • 1/2 cup seeds (pumpkin, sesame etc).

  • 1 Cup plain, unsweetened full fat or low fat yoghurt.

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder


Combine 1 cup of raw whole rolled oats (gluten free oats if you are gluten sensitive) with 2 grated green apples. 1/2 cup raw almonds, 1/2 cup raw seeds. 1 cup plain organic yoghurt and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix and store in an airtight container the fridge. This recipe makes enough for 4 servings. Serving size = 1 Cup.
