Fruit and Nut Salad

This has to be the strangest combination of tastes and textures that work really well together. Best of all it is quick to make, quick to eat and full of fiber.


1 Large green apple, chopped 

1 Whole tub fat free chunky cottage cheese

2 Fingers of celery, chopped

1/4 up raw pecans or walnuts


Combine all of the above and eat immediately. Stores well for a few hours, covered in the fridge.
