Breakfast Muesli

Muesli is the original breakfast comfort food. Feel free to experiment with different spices for a customised flavour.


  • 2 Cups Whole Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds

  • 1 Cup Organic Walnuts - broken

  • 1/2 Cup dried cranberries

  • 1/2 Cup raisins

  • 1/2 Cup coconut flakes

  • 1/2 Cup Dried Apricots - dried

  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

  • 1 tsp clove powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes

  • 1/2 Cup Organic olive oil


Combine the oats, oil and spices in a large bowl and mix well. Speread evenly on a large baking tray.

Bake for 1 hour at 150 degrees celcius. After the first hour add the fruit and nuts - mix well . Turn off the oven and

bake for 1 hour while the oven cools.

To increase protein content add 1 scoop whey protein powder to 1/2 cup of muesli. Then add enough nut milk until you reach the consistency you enjoy.
