Ingredients
1cup of water
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 TBSP nut butter (almond or macadamia)
1 TBSP tahini (sesame seed paste)
1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
Method
Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or NutriBullet and process until completely smooth.
