Berry Smoothie

This is a fabulous smoothie that kicks cravings for sugar in an instant.

Berries are naturally low in sugar and high in antioxidants.

When combined with a scoop of whey protein powder, nut butter and tahini, your berry smoothie becomes an ice cold superfood that you can make in advance and enjoy anytime.


Ingredients

  • 1cup of water

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 TBSP nut butter (almond or macadamia)

  • 1 TBSP tahini (sesame seed paste)

  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder


Method

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or NutriBullet and process until completely smooth.
