Dear Nicki. I have not seen you in a very long time but thought I would update you . I weigh the same or less than I weighed at scool 63 kg. I am a consistent size 10. I run 30 km per week. I went through a bad patch last year emotionally and even then I did not resort to my normal coping skill FOOD.
