Cardamom and Cinnamon Infused Camel Milk Latte

The health benefits of camel milk are not widely known.As the weather gets colder we naturally hunt for something warm, sweet and comforting. It is completely possible to still have the satisfaction of a warm and comforting drink but not destroy your healthy lifestyle habits in the process. This tasty and satisfying warm camel milk drink, with cinnamon and cardamom will stave off the cravings and keep you healthy.

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop LifeMatrix Camel Millk or Desert Milk Powder

  • 1 Cup freshly boiled water

  • 1 Cinnamon quill

  • 10 Cardamom pods, squashed

  • 1 tsp Raw honey

Method

  1. Add the cinnamon quill and squashed cardamom pods to a cup of boiling water.

  2. Leave to seep for 5 to 10 minutes.

  3. A raw honey and a scoop of camel milk or desert milk powder.

  4. Blend with a whisk or milk frother.
