Sometimes eggs every day can drive you crazy. Fortunately there are many ways to get a decent amount of protein without eggs.


Base

2 Rice cakes or seed crackers

OR 1 Slice sourdough rye toast.


Topping Options

1/2 Tub fat-free chunky cottage cheese

Sliced tomato and black pepper.


1 tin sardines, drained OR 30grams smoked salmon

1/2 an avocado mashed

A squeeze of lemon juice and black pepper


4 Rashers cooked bacon

1/2 an avocado mashed

Sliced tomato
