Muesli is the original breakfast comfort food. Feel free to experiment with different spices for a customised flavour.
2 Cups Whole Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 Cup Organic Walnuts - broken
1/2 Cup dried or freeze-dried blueberries
1/2 Cup raisins
1/2 Cup coconut flakes
1/2 Cup Dried Apricots - dried
1 tsp cinamon
1 tsp sea salt flakes
1/2 Cup Organic olive oil
1/2 cup MCT oil
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Speread evenly on a large baking tray.
Bake for 1 hour at 150 degrees celcius. After the first hour remove, mix and return to the oven.
Bake for 1 more hour at 100 degrees celcius.
